Title: stuttering in opening movie

I am having trouble with the sound. It stutters in the movies and I miss spoken dialogue.
I am using a Sound Blaster ZXR with updated drivers and Windows 7 SP1 fully updated. I don't think speed is the issue as my PC is Quad Core.

Another thing you can do, is press CTRL+L to toggle between hi-res and low-res cutscene movies. The low-res versions might run a bit more smoothly on some systems.

yes that worked!
in fact, it not only fixed the lipsinc it also fixed the stuttering.
