This may not be a bug at all, but rather a decision on the programmer's part, but I thought I'd mention it anyhow. When gambling in the Indian casino, it is not considered a pair, and thus you don't win, if you get matching items in the 1st and 3rd positions. It is only a pair if you have matching items in the 1st and 2nd, or 2nd and 3rd positions. I found this slightly annoying.

I believe that was done on purpose. The "pair" must be touching each other.
