I installed the decoder and it didn't work.

The files are in the game directory. I've tried playing "Al_Emmo.023" with Media Player Classic and I can see the cutscenes but they don't have sound.

I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium. I bought the game in Direct2Drive.

I tried updating my quicktime codecs, but it didn't work.

When the I start the game or any video in the game starts playing this error message appears:

"Video playing error: File not found or format not supported.
C/Program Files/Al Emmo/Al_Emmo.023"
