Himalaya Studios is a Limited Liability Company established in 2004 in Chandler, Arizona, with staff and independent contractors located throughout the USA, Australia, and Europe. Company founders, Britney K. Brimhall and Christopher T. Warren, previously established AGDInteractive, LLC (formerly known as Tierra Entertainment), a company which played a major role in resurrecting classic adventure gaming, garnering the support of professionals in the industry and fans alike. Our first title was enjoyed by half a million fans, making AGD Interactive, LLC a major contributing factor in putting a dead genre back on the market.
Himalaya Studios is now continuing in AGD Interactive's footsteps, forging new paths in adventure game production. Currently, we are working on an original, classic-style, commercial adventure game which utilizes hi-res, 2D, hand-painted backgrounds with prerendered 3D character models/animations and cutscenes--a fine marriage between the nostalgic feel of the classics and current technological standards.
