Well put.  Well put.

And 'The Silver Lining' is absolutely beautiful.  Wish I had paid more attention to Maya.  I would've loved to have helped out with this project.  Alas, 3dsMax is where my strengths are.

That's interesting.  It really reminds me of Leisure Suit Larry 3, i think it is.  Where he works out on the machines to get buff, and gets a tan, and all sorts of stuff.  So he becomes, not quite the stud muffin, but a stud, nonetheless.  I like the idea of the Laser Eye Surgical Binoculars, too.  That's pretty original and clever.

I'm curious.  When you mentioned the "Major Story Line Problem, left unresolved."  What were you talking about in particular?  The open-ended ending?

HAHAHA!  I thought the same thing.  But, there you go.  It is what it is, sometimes.  HAHA!

I think that kinda proves something, though.  Where, different people feel differently about separate performances.

Al's voice fit his character perfectly, if you ask me.  As a matter of fact, I might be one of the few people that would've had the biggest problem with Al's voice.  Doing the lip syncing in 3d, you constantly go over the same words again and again and again, fast, slow, normal, fast, slow, super slow, again and again.  And his voice didn't bother me at all.

To continue, I absolutely loved the narrator in Sins of the Father.  Her creole drawl was brilliant in my eyes.  I thought that she fit in with the whole Voodoo atmosphere of the game perfectly.  The voodoo lady in Monkey Island was also masterful, although she wasn't as prominent as Al or Miss Narrator for Gabriel Knight.

And all things voodoo, I loved Naomie Harris in Dead Man's chest, as well.  Awesome.  Just wanted to throw that out there.

I highly recommend hitting the jackpot.  Even after you beat the game, load up one of the saves and keep playing until you hit it.  It's awesome!

Hahaha, are we getting complimentary copies too?  I actually vaguely remember reading that somewhere.  Oh well, one copy to play, one copy to hang on the wall.

Well, here it is.  Not the best photo, mind you, but a photo nonetheless.  I played through it the first time last night, by the way.  Nice.  Can't wait to look for all the easter eggs this second go round.

And a wonderful job from everyone!  Music was absolutely brilliant, dialogue, animations, dialogue lipsynchs, backgrounds, everything was masterful guys!  I must add though, that I forgot all about the bear animation.  Hahaha, it was quite the shocker seeing that in there (i remember the original bear in the demo), awesome!  And it was quite bittersweet getting to see the end cutscenes kick in after the end of the game.  I think I dropped a tear or two.  Thanks again guys for letting me get involved in the game, and for making games in the first place!

PS - And the game box art along with it's contents are brilliant as well, Eriq!

Yes!  Got my collector's Edition in the mail today!  Can't wait to pop it in!  Also, I wanted to send the postcard back with three friends emails on there, but that postcard is so sweet, I think I'll keep it instead.

Awesome.

Memory brings to mind "Dumb and Dumber."

Lloyd climbs into the back of the limo he's driving and pops his head out to say hello to a beatiful woman at a bus stop.  So she speaks with a thick accent, and Lloyd asks what her accent is and she tells him, Austria. So he gets it confused and makes a fool of himself (of course) by saying, "Good day, mate!"  "Let's put another shrimp on the barbie!"  Of course she answers back "Let's not."

Thought I'd throw that out there..... :P

I'll put in my two cents on the much loved  :P 3D cutscenes soon.  When I can find the time to sit down at the computer for more than five seconds at a time.

Trace Memory, you say?  I'll have to check that out.  Myself, I've been stuck playing Brain Age.  This is quite possibly the coolest and most addictive game that I've ever played!  Starting out, I really hated Sodoku, but felt strangly compelled to keep trying to beat my time.  It seems that now all I can think of is why am I doing anything but playing more Sodoku?  Actually, I'm gonna go and play some more right now!

Is the high shipping price compensating for the first 100 pre-orders?  With the extra stuff?

I can definitely see why Musically Inspired thinks that it should be changed.  It makes it sound like Roberta Williams and crew created Al Emmo.  Might piss off the wrong/right people.
